Self-Care Sundays! We love a good head massage. You can easily do it to yourself, but, of course, it's more relaxing if someone does this to you 💕(Fun Mother’s Day idea too)

💆🏻‍♀️Relaxing and de-stressing


My favorite oils to use in head massages are Cedar wood, Geranium, Lavender, Rosemary, and Tea Tree mix in Coconut oil.
